Remembering Claudia

On November 17th, 2025 our precious friend Claudia Cyboran went home to be with Jesus. Her impact on First Choice PRC, but more importantly our hearts, will never be forgotten.

Claudia came on as a volunteer RN at First Choice PRC in early 2022 and began working closely with Charlene. She had been a labor and delivery nurse at a local hospital for several years, but decided to take a career break and pursue volunteering for a time. She volunteered with Charlene as an educator from 2022-2025. Beyond this, she stepped into the role of being our resident interior designer during the remodel of Wisconsin Rapids in 2023, and the creation of the Marshfield Center in 2025. Her eye for design and style, as well as her passionate pursuit of a good deal, radically changed the feel of our centers, making them chic, cozy, and comfortable.

Claudia brought a wider perspective to our labor and delivery classes because of her years in the field, as well as the wide array of birth experiences she had with her own children. She wanted women to know the potential they had within their God created body. She balanced the traditional medical setting and the patient advocate role well. During the time she volunteer taught with First Choice, she also still handled the L&D/Breastfeeding classes at a local hospital.   

Claudia was a determined, go-getter type of woman. Her personality entered the room before she did! Anyone who had a conversation with her could feel her passion and see the leadership she possessed. She is deeply missed and will be remembered by many!
